Gavin Roser

Gavin W. Roser

Gavin Roser is the Managing Director of Pantrak Transportation Limited – a project management & consultancy firm dealing with all aspects marine transport, rail and road freight on a Pan European basis. He is also Deputy Chairman & Co Founder of the Coastlink Shipping Network and a Director of TruckTrain Knowhow Ltd a joint venture developing new rail solutions for the carriage of freight. Partner with nine European Universities in the Northern Maritime University a 3 year European Interreg 1VB programme. Responsible for Executive module – training maritime business leaders 2020.

Previous Board appointments with the Denholm Shipping Group of Companies & Chairman of a joint venture in the Falklands. Overseas assignments in Iran and New Zealand the latter involving the privatisation of the National Shipping Line. Management of European Rail business (CP Ships) and General Management positions with subsidiary of the BAA (subsequently acquired by Securicor). Former Vice Consul for Norway in Glasgow. Extensive speaking engagements at European Transport Forums. Member Tactran Transport Partnership appointed by Minister of Transport – Scotland 2007 – present.

Martin Bignell

Dennis J. Shea

As a senior Manager and Director with Ford, FIAT, Bridgestone Europe and Rio Tinto Mr. Shea has held several international positions in the U.S. and Europe. This has enabled him to develop a solid multinational experience base, which can be transferred and applied in a broad range of industries and economic conditions.

In addition to managing large multinational Supply Chain organizations Mr. Shea has been the Managing Director of Bridgestone Logistics NV a group company of Bridgestone Europe.

Since 2006 Mr. Shea has been an independent consultant with several major clients.

Mr. Shea holds a Masters degree in both Engineering and Business (MBA) from Boston University in the U.S.

Martin Bignell

Associate, providing supplementary capacity to Pantrak to undertake projects, including:

  • All freight aspects of the Scottish Governments ferries review (2009)
  • Scoping the potential for additional marine handling facilities for timber in Argyle and Bute
  • Development of a private sector bid to secure funding for significant new marine handling facilities for timber on the West Coast of Scotland

Audrey Macnab

Audrey Macnab

Audrey enjoyed working at the forefront of the "dotcom" era in a leading B2B which attracted massive investment in its pursuit of enabling small and medium sized enterprises to trade efficiently with each other. She headed up the Customer Care function for the company, ensuring prompt and knowledgeable service for clients across Europe and the US while developing a variety of market-facing reports and statistics for the Board.

Audrey also worked in a Consultancy capacity for a small strategy firm based in London whose clients included several major investment banks.

After graduating from the University of St Andrews in Scotland and attending the Richard Ivey School in Business in Ontario, Canada, Audrey joined retailer Asda's graduate training scheme and was successful in her role as Provisions Manager in several stores across the UK.

Now busy with much "behind the scenes" in Pantrak, Audrey is thoroughly enjoying the world of Transport, Freight and Logistics.




Linda E. Roser

Linda Roser carries out administration for Pantrak and she also plays a major role in the organisation of Events.




Eloise Roser

Eloise Street

Eloise runs her own events consultancy and offers a wealth of experience organising and managing major events and conferences, particularly in the health, medical, education and transport sectors. She also worked as Events and Conference Co-ordinator for the University of Glasgow where she was responsible for organising a variety of health-related Continuing Professional Development events for the Division of Developmental Medicine. In 2005, she increased the profits of the Events and Conference Unit by 50%.

She is now enjoying acting as one of Pantrak’s Project Managers as well as playing a large role in the management of Pantrak's meetings and conferences.
