June 2007 - Dublin Declaration Conference

In June 2007 Gavin was Chairman at the Coastlink conference held in Dublin's Guinness Storehouse. The Dublin Declaration emerged from the conclusions of four working groups:

1. Modal transfer
2. Frequency of maritime short sea & feeder services
3. Congestion
4. Peak period demand
